Gerben Groothuis

Gerben Groothuis co-founded Altimeter International in 2022 having previously worked as Managing Director M&A with EuroDev and co-owner of strategy consultancy firm 64BC. In addition to these consultancy roles, Gerben’s career spans the aerospace, automotive and tech-enabled industrials space.

He has broad experience ranging listed to SME enterprises: With Sensata Technologies (NYSE: ST) he was in charge of global strategy for automotive safety and climate control sensors, as Chief Commercial Officer with AELS he oversaw the commercial strategy and sales success of a leading aircraft dismantling and aftermarket component supplier. He currently serves as advisor to Twente Airport in The Netherlands to coordinate the development of electric Regional Air Mobility. Gerben holds a PPL(A) license and is an avid aviator.
